
Coaching options
I encourage potential clients and their families to sign up for a complimentary 30-minute coaching session. This will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, to learn more about me and my coaching approach, and to determine if Where You Are ADHD Coaching is the right fit for you.
One-on-one coaching
We begin the one-on-one coaching process with a planning session. During this time, we work together to identify your broad goals for coaching and to learn more about you and the ADHD challenges you are facing.
I provide more information about the structure of the coaching sessions and how you can get the most out of these sessions. This might involve discussing how often to meet (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) and for how long (e.g., session to session, one month, three months). Once we have a plan in place, we will be able to move ahead with the individual coaching sessions, guided by your goals and preferences for timing.
