Coaching options

I encourage all potential clients, whether for one-on-one or group coaching, to sign up for a complimentary 30-minute coaching session. This will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, to learn more about me and my coaching approach, and to determine if Where You Are ADHD Coaching is the right fit for you.

One-on-one coaching

We begin the one-on-one coaching process with an extended 90-minute planning session. During this time, we work together to identify your broad goals for coaching and to learn more about you and the ADHD challenges you are facing. I provide more information about the structure of the 60-minute coaching sessions and how you can get the most out of these sessions. Once we have a plan in place, we will be able to move ahead with the individual coaching sessions, guided by your goals and preferences for timing.

Group coaching

The small (3-5 participants) group coaching sessions are open to justice-involved individuals interested in peer-oriented conversations on life challenges, and specifically living with ADHD. These 60-minute coaching sessions will provide you and your group members with an opportunity to share the challenges you are facing in your lives. Each participant will be responsible on a rotating basis for kicking-off the group coaching session by sharing a current challenge they are facing. In addition, we will explore as a group, strategies for meeting these challenges that reflect the lived experience of you and the other group participants. Where and when relevant, I will share within these group coaching sessions practical insights drawn from a variety of sources on living with ADHD.
